Men how do I do?
Well, between August 7-9, you should reunite all three branches. You do not need to carry them in stretch men can obviously do it if you want. But you can also choose to go swimming on Friday, bike on Saturday and running on Sunday. Or in other desired order. You decide 😀.
Maximum number of participants is 200 so hurry to sign up!
Through your application you are also involved in donating money to Roks; The Swedish National Organization for Women’s and Girl Records.
You get a super nice swimming cap within the event and a medal and finisher sweater after. 🙌
